All In Doula Training (AIDT) was birthed by Susie Finnerty & Rosa Sierra. Both long time community doulas and care workers who bring a wide breadth of lived and professional experience to our students.

Our curriculum is written by, taught by, and lived by Rosa, Susie and our dynamic co-facilitators.
