A $50 deposit is due upon signing the contract. The balance is payable on or before 36 weeks. Once the deposit of $50 has been received, it is non-refundable. Once I receive your contract and payment I specifically reserve time around your due date. Should you choose to terminate services, it must be done in writing prior to 38 weeks gestation and the balance of $200 will be waived. Failure of client to call PES at the time of birth does not apply to this section and all remaining fees would apply.
